Dislog Group strengthens its healthcare division with the strategic acquisition of Farmalac

We are delighted to announce a new milestone in our development: Dislog Group acquires 100% of the capital of Farmalac, a recognized player in the distribution of packaging items and raw materials for the pharmaceutical industry.
This operation is in line with our external growth strategy, and consolidates our position as an integrated industrial player in the life sciences economy, by extending our presence upstream in the pharmaceutical value chain.
Founded in 1997, Farmalac has established itself as a key partner for pharmaceutical laboratories, and has recently extended its activities to laboratory reagents and consumables.
Thanks to this acquisition, the Dislog Group's healthcare division - which already includes entities such as Steripharma, MegaFlex, SomaPharma, Africare and KPH - has strengthened its ability to provide a complete offering ranging from drug production to the supply of medical devices and dermo-cosmetic solutions.
