On Thursday February 22, Dislog group, Morocco's leading logistics company, sealed a tailor-made training program designed by ESSEC Afrique for the group's executive committee. The program focuses on the themes of digital transformation, innovation and leadership, and will be organized on ESSEC's three campuses in Rabat, Paris and Singapore. The course, which began in September 2023, will run until June 2024. It concerns the Dislog group's Top Management, comprising some thirty CEOs such as Mehdi Bouamrani (Dislog), Ali Tazi (HMI), Ghislaine Benlamlih (Healthcare), Anas Moutaouakil (BLS), Amine Tahiri (Healthcare), Ismael Belkhayat (Chari) and Adil Besri (WB Media), to name but a few.
The aim of this training cycle is not only to provide participants with the soft skills, knowledge and methods needed to become inspiring leaders of tomorrow's world, but also to give them the keys to grasping the latest technological innovations and meeting the challenges that accompany current and future digital transformations.
In this context, ESSEC has mobilized the best of its know-how, drawing on its international professors, including Jérôme Barthélémy, David Autissier and Laurent Bibard. "Delivered on ESSEC's three campuses in Rabat, Paris and Singapore, this program offers a unique experience that will also enable Dislog Group executives to get to know each other better and deepen their ties," explains ESSEC Afrique CEO Hugues Levecq.
Moncef Belkhayat, CEO of Dislog Group, notes that his group's ambitions for growth and competitiveness "will require the development of human capital, particularly in the areas of digital transition, innovation and change leadership. Our partnership with ESSEC is a logical step in this direction". Moncef Belkhayat also tells us that the overall budget for this training is 6 million dirhams. "The training of our executives and managerial pillars has always been at the heart of our concerns, which is why I didn't hesitate for a second when I heard about this training program", explains the CEO.
