BMCE Bank Group announces the signature of a 70 million dirham financing contract to support Dislog Group Health Care's development plan. This contract is syndicated with the EBRD, which has committed 270 million dirhams to finance the acquisition of Steripharma, Somapharma and Africare (specialized in the manufacture and marketing of medical devices). As a result, Dislog Group will own 100% of the 5 Dislog Group Health Care subsidiaries.
Following this signature, Moncef Belkhayat declared "After signing with the EBRD, we are very pleased to consolidate our relationship with BANK OF AFRICA, enabling us to become a major player in the healthcare sector, crossing the 500 Mad threshold by the end of 2023. We will continue to invest in the healthcare sector as a strategic development axis for the Dislog Group, with the aim of doubling in size in the coming months".
The transaction was facilitated by BANK OF AFRICA's Structured Finance team, headed by Othman NASRI (under the aegis of the Plateforme Investissements represented by Mehdi Drafate) and Dislog Group's Finance team headed by Zakaria Jerrari.About Dislog Health Care:Dislog Group Health care is the Business unit of Dislog Group created in July 2023.
