Following this operation, Moncef Belkhayat, Chairman of Dislog Group, declared: "I am delighted with this new operation, which consolidates our international presence and strengthens Dislog Group's Industrial Food Division. After the acquisition of 100% from Chocolatier Carré Suisse in France, this new stake in Cultures de France will enable us to enter new sectors in the Bio-Industry".
Benjamin Pomies, founder of Cultures de France, added: "We are very proud and grateful for the confidence Dislog Group has shown in us by acquiring a majority stake in Cultures de France. Dislog Group will bring its dynamic, winning spirit to help us expand rapidly, through industrial, R&D and marketing investments, to offer a complete range of products and services.
