Organized by the Association des Amateurs de Musique Andalouse du Maroc (AAMAM), and supported by the Ministry of Youth, Culture and Communication and the Casablanca region, this year's event will focus on Andalusian music. Thursday, December 11 - Casablanca (Salle du Carré d'Or) : An opening featuring Abir Elabedthe musician Sergio De Lope and the ensemble led by maestro Omar MetiouiThe result is a harmonious encounter between vocals, instruments and contemporary touches.
Friday, December 12 - Rabat (Théâtre Mohammed V): A tribute evening with the Mohamed Briouel and the participation of Sheikh Ali Rebbahidedicated to the great figures and schools of Andalusian music.
Saturday, December 13 - Mazagan : Under the direction of maestro Adnane Matronerenowned for his masterful performances, the stage will host a daring fusion of saxophones, Andalusian sounds and the ensembles JOPMA and CASASAWT. An innovative artistic proposition, acclaimed by the enthusiastic audience.
A scientific section for further reflection: As every year, the festival will include a scientific conference organized in Mazagan, in the presence of Omar Metioui and Thami Harrak. The meeting will explore the role of Andalusian music in contemporary Moroccan culture and how it can be passed on to new generations.
