ESSEC Afrique, the African hub of the leading French business school established in Morocco since 2017, and Dislog Group, a leader in Morocco's logistics sector, are joining forces to set up a tailor-made training program for the Group's Executive Committee on the themes of digital transformation, innovation and leadership. The program will take place on ESSEC's three campuses: in Rabat, Paris and Singapore.
An ambitious international program for Dislog Group
As part of its ambitious human capital policy, Dislog Group has entered into this major partnership with ESSEC Afrique. The first part of the partnership involves the creation of a tailor-made program for the Group's executive committee, some thirty people in all, which began in September 2023 and will run until June 2024.
The aim of this training cycle is not only to provide participants with the soft skills, knowledge and methods needed to become inspiring leaders of tomorrow's world, but also to give them the keys to grasping the latest technological innovations and meeting the challenges that accompany current and future digital transformations.
To achieve this, ESSEC has mobilized the best of its know-how, drawing on its international professors, including Jérôme Barthélémy, David Autissier and Laurent Bibard. Held on ESSEC's three campuses in Rabat, Paris and Singapore, the program offers a unique experience that will also enable Dislog Group executives to get to know each other better and deepen their ties.
On this occasion, Moncef Belkhayat, CEO of Dislog Group declared: "Our ambitions for growth and competitiveness will depend on the development of our human capital, particularly in the areas of digital transition, innovation and change leadership. Our partnership with ESSEC is a logical step in this direction".
Another collaboration for ESSEC Africa in Morocco
This collaboration with Dislog Group adds to ESSEC Afrique's already extensive customer portfolio. ESSEC Business School's expertise in this field has been recognized on numerous occasions in international rankings (ranked n°10 worldwide in the Financial Times - Executive Education Custom 2023).
ESSEC Afrique is the African hub of ESSEC Business School, a leading French business school founded in 1907 to train responsible leaders. Every year, its campus at Plage des Nations (Sidi Bouknadel, Salé) welcomes some 400 Moroccan, French and international students, who come to learn about Doing Business in Africa. Since 2019, ESSEC Afrique has also welcomed more than 350 managers from leading Moroccan companies on tailor-made programs. In 2023, ESSEC Afrique launched its first executive certification program on "21st Century Skills".
