Real estate: H&S Invest Holding sets course for 2030

In a convivial atmosphere, H&S Invest Holding and GIDNA presented their roadmap for 2030. The event marked the official launch of a real estate division within the holding company and the announcement of major investments for the years ahead. More than just a strategy meeting, this event brought together two teams committed to shaping the future of the sector.

"Today was an important day for the H&S Invest Holding group, enabling us to create a new division, the group's real estate division", said Moncef Belkhayat, Chairman of the holding company. It was in this context that H&S's stake in GIDNA, a major player in construction and public works in Morocco, was officially integrated.
