DISLOG GROUP EXPANDS ITS FOOTPRINT WITH THE ACQUISITION OF SANICROIX IN MOROCCO

Dislog Group, through its industrial subsidiary Hygiène Modern Industries (HMI), announces the acquisition of the Sanicroix brand in Morocco from Procter & Gamble. This brand of multi-purpose cleaner was a pioneer in this category and the national leader in the 1990s.

HMI specializes in the hygiene products industry and has several production units: bleach, household cleaning products and household paper.
HMI owns or licenses the Ace, Javel Lacroix, Ace maison, Forza, Fine, Fluffy and now Sanicroix brands.

The acquisition of the iconic Sanicroix brand enables HMI to consolidate its position as industrial leader in the bleach and household cleaning products categories, with sales of 350 million by 2023.
