Dislog Group was represented by its Chairman, Moncef Belkhayat, at the African Financial Industry Summit (AFIS) organized in Casablanca by Jeune Afrique and the International Finance Corporation (IFC). The event brought together over 1,000 financial sector players and regulators from some 30 African countries.
In his speech, Moncef Belkhayat shared the Group's vision of two key levers for business growth: financing and governance. He stressed the importance of transparent corporate governance from the outset, a key condition for increasing the value of structures, gaining access to private equity financing and supporting the transition from start-ups to large-scale groups.
Discussions also focused on the challenges facing African economies: financial inclusion, reduced cash flow and digitization of payment methods. In his view, these transformations require a cultural and organizational evolution in all ecosystems.
The Dislog Group's participation in this summit is in line with its ongoing commitment to sustainable development, demanding governance and enhanced regional cooperation in the service of the continent's competitiveness.
