DISLOG GROUP TAKES OVER CMB PLASTIQUE (VIDEO)

CMB Plastique is now part of the Dislog Group. Moncef Belkhayat and Adil Douiri carried out the handover in the presence of their teams yesterday.

Following the completion of legal and financial due diligence, Dislog Group acquired all the shares in CMB Plastique, a subsidiary of the Mutandis Group.

With annual production approaching 700 million preforms, CMB Plastique is celebrating its 26th anniversary. In addition to strengthening its core business, the company plans to develop downstream integration solutions, including on-site bottle blowing, label production, and expansion of its closures range. The aim is to eventually provide Dislog Group customers with complete "turnkey bottle" solutions, simplifying their process right down to the filling stage.
Following the ceremony, Moncef Belkhayat and his management team took an in-depth tour of the plant's facilities.
