DISLOG INDUSTRIES ACQUIRES 100% FROM CARRÉ CHOCOLATIER SUISSE

Dislog Industries today announced the acquisition from 100% of the shares and voting rights of French company Carré Suisse, a premium organic and fair trade chocolate company based in France.

Carré Suisse sells chocolate bars in a variety of formats and recipes.

Since its creation, Carré Suisse has enjoyed continuous growth in France and Europe. It is referenced by major international chains such as Carrefour, Franprix and Monoprix, as well as by major CHR (café, hotel, restaurant) customers, Duty Free Shops and airlines.

Note that the exclusive distributor of the Carre Suisse brand on the French market is the French company Taste Distribution, and other distributors are responsible for exports.

Following this announcement, Moncef Belkhayat, Chairman of Dislog Group, declared: "The acquisition of Swiss square enables Dislog Group to consolidate the results of the Food Business Unit. In the coming months, we will continue our strategy of acquiring fine food brands in Morocco and France, as announced at the end of 2021".
