MONCEF BELKHAYAT CLOSE TO COMPLETING TAKEOVER OF KOSMO PHARMA

A new acquisition for Belkhayat. The president of Dislog Industries is about to acquire Kosmo Pharm, an industrial pharmaceutical company specializing in the production and import of certain drugs, food supplements and cosmetics.

Moncef Belkhayat continues to expand his group. Visit Competition Council has announced that it has received notification of the acquisition of Kosmo Pharm by Dislog Industries, of which he is Chairman. Kosmo Pharmcreated in 1997 and authorized by the Secrétariat Général du Gouvernement (SGG) as an industrial pharmaceutical establishment, specializes in the manufacture and import of certain medicines, food supplements and cosmetics. According to the French competition authority, Dislog Industries will acquire the entire capital and voting rights of kosmo pharm SA.
