Dislog Group, through its industrial subsidiary Hygiène Modern Industries (HMI), announces the acquisition of the Sanicroix brand in Morocco from Procter & Gamble. This brand of multi-purpose cleaner was a pioneer in this category and the national leader in the 1990s. HMI specializes in the hygiene products industry, and has several production units.
